I already purchased a ticket for TWENTY2X. Will I get a refund?

We will cancel your purchased ticket and reimburse you the full price. We will send you an official cancellation notification shortly. You do not need to do anything. We are currently receiving a large number of inquiries about the cancellation of the event. Please understand that the process can take a certain amount of time.

I already received an invitation or a discount code for TWENTY2X 2020 and generated a (complimentary) ticket. What happens now?

If you have a complimentary visitor ticket, you do not have to do anything. A cancellation is not necessary. The tickets automatically lose their validity.
